We offer click-and-collect and refrigerated delivery within our local area. Delivery windows and fees appear at checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Keep products refrigerated (1-4 C). Fresh cheeses like ricotta or feta are best within 5-7 days once opened. Semi-hard/hard cheeses keep 2-3 weeks if well wrapped. Avoid freezing for best texture.
Most cheeses are made with pasteurised cow's milk and vegetarian (microbial) rennet. Any exceptions are clearly noted on the product page.
All products contain milk. Generally, aged cheeses have naturally lower lactose than fresh styles. Check the ingredients on each product page and consult your GP if unsure.
Our products contain milk. Some items may be packed in facilities that also handle nuts or gluten; always check the product page for specific allergen statements.
Due to food safety, we can't accept returns of perishable items. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
